Who handles your inquiry

Atlas Infrastructure Optimization and Solutions LLC receives business inquiries. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you submitted, contact c.clark@atlasinfrastructuresolutions.com or use our business mailing address below.

What you submit and why

The Risk Review form requests your name, email, concern, and decision context, with optional organization and role information and a timing selection. Atlas uses these details to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services. Submit only information you are authorized to share.

Service providers and technical data

Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Website hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and security cookies to deliver and protect the website. Their processing is subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Sensitive information and client work

Do not submit passwords, regulated records, sensitive personal information, confidential system details, or security findings through the public form. Engagement records, approved transfer methods, confidentiality, and retention requirements are addressed separately in the engagement agreement.

Retention and requests

Contact Atlas to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or discuss retention. Applicable contractual, legal, and recordkeeping obligations may affect what Atlas can delete. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period or a particular response deadline.
